Welcome Baby Charlie | Buckhead Family Photographer

When I first talked to Charlie’s mom about photographing his session, we agreed that we’d do a few newborn shots on my set, but also focus on sister, mommy-daughter and other family shots.

I am love taking more of a lifestyle session approach, and baby Charlie was such a great sport!

Once his head hit the pillow (/my beanbag), he was sleeping like a rock.

Even though we did not spend much time on those shots, we managed to get quite a variety in a short time!

He loved being held by mom, dad and sister, and as long as he was swaddled and/or eating, he was a happy camper.

And could he be more gorgeous?

Then big sis entered the picture, and she was full of cuteness and energy.

She was happy to hold baby brother… and then to move on!

She could not have been more thrilled for pictures in her big girl room (though she wanted to focus more on jumping-on-the-bed shots!!).

My favorite time with her was when we played outside and I literally “nay”ed like a horse to get her to look at me.
