Yesterday I visited the beautiful Miss Isla for her infant portraits. And she was as sweet as she was beautiful. But, oh my, she did not like to leave the arms of her mom or grandma for long… especially to be placed in a strange location (such as a bench, bucket or table… not that I can really blame her!). As I suspected she would, she finally relaxed into a few poses and even dozed off a few times… and when she did, the camera LOVED her! Isn’t she a dream?
Usually I would stop there with my gushing, but I also have to add that Isla’s family – mom, dad and both grandmas – were some of my best clients ever. Because I am due with my own baby in 2 weeks and 6 days, they insisted on feeding and watering me, and even made me take breaks. I tend to run on all cylinders and work as if I do not have a medicine ball attached to my torso (lol!), so it was hard for me to accept their hospitality at first. But what pregnant woman can resist a fruit plate and chicken salad? Thanks again so much to the Eady family!
