Meet the modern, classy and [yay!] engaged, Kavitha and Prashanth.

First off, I must state the obvious. They are a positively stunning couple. Like flawless, call-your-agent, magazine-gorgeous.

But their gorgeousness multiplied during the course of our shoot, for several reasons that had absolutely nothing to do with their good looks.

Such as Prashanth’s frequent compliments of his fiance’s beauty and intelligence. Seriously, guys. Take a lesson from Prashanth!

And Kavitha’s no-fuss deference to Prashanth’s judgment when it came to what jacket he would wear for photos.

And perhaps most importantly, their ability to laugh hysterically when we found a rodent head on the sidewalk. By the way, if anything, I am playing down the repulsiveness of our encounter with said corpse. Without a sense of humor, hysteria could have ensued!

Lucky for me, I get to photograph these amazing guys AGAIN next weekend as they tie the knot in an Indian ceremony, with lots of modern touches. I can’t wait!
