One of the things I love about my job is that I get to step into other people’s worlds for a few hours… and Christy Kinard’s world is fascinating. Christy is an exquisite artist– her work has been in galleries all over the US and London, and has been in countless publications. And though her art is a major part of her life, she also manages to keep up with three babies boys (twin newborns and a nearly 2-year old), help with her husband’s UK business, and creatively decorate and style her exquisite Buckhead home (seriously – if Domino Magazine were still in print, her home would be more than worthy to grace its pages!). Here are just a few photos from our session– these and/or others from our shoot will actually appear in a coffee table book about Southern artists, to be published this year and sold at Barnes & Noble.
