I ended my Dalton weekend with a session for more wonderful Dalton friends. I went to high school with John, but it was his mom who called to schedule a session for John’s 4 week old son, George! It is always fun to play with props, color and textures for photos… but is even more fun when the family gets involved. In this case, everyone present for George’s session was creative in some capacity – George’s dad is an amazing woodworker, his mom is an an accomplished violinist, and his grandmother is an art education professor at USC – so there were lots of creative people to bounce ideas off of! And George’s laid-back personality jived perfectly with all the commotion around him. He slept almost the entire session… I am not even sure I heard him cry once!
