When I first met with Tessa and Jeff to discuss shooting their wedding, it was love at first sight. It was a fantastic meeting, and the three of us clicked immediately!
And to perpetuate the “clicking” with this couple, when we were deciding where to shoot their engagement photos, Tessa said that it was too bad we couldn’t do them at Hilton Head Island– their favorite vacation spot. It just so happened that my own family had planned two trips to Hilton Head for this summer, and when we compared dates to see if there was any overlap, we realized that we’d both be there over July 4 week– how crazy is that? So on July 3, we met up on the beach behind their house in Sea Pines for some photos… and sparks flew!
These photos take my breath away for many reasons… but mostly because Tessa and Jeff were especially radiant in their favorite spot.
