I really loved photographing this wedding. Anna and John were very relaxed, and focused on what the day was really about… instead of sweating the small stuff. And their whole day was a reflection of this mentality. Anna began the day with a swim in the lake, and then took her time getting ready in the lakehouse where she spent summers as a child.
So much thought went into the meaningful details of the day, but my favorite was the gorgeous wooden arbor that Anna’s father built. It displayed Anna’s mother’s veil, and served as the backdrop for an absolutely gorgeous ceremony.
